Attorney, professor of legal sciences, specialist in civil and commercial law, employed as a full professor at the Chair of Civil, Commercial and Insurance Law at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, arbitrator of the Court of Arbitration at the National Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw, LLM in International Business Law. Between 2015 and 2018, he was the chairman of the Editorial Board of ‘Palestra’ and between 2018 and 2021 he was the editor-in-chief of ‘Palestra’.
From 2010 to 2013, he served as vice-dean and from 2013 to 2021 as dean of the District Bar Council in Poznań.
Author or co-author of approximately 350 scientific and popular scientific works in the field of: civil law, commercial law, business law, organisation of the judiciary and constitutional law.
