Professor at Adam Mickiewicz University, Vice-Dean for Development and Cooperation with the Environment at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, legal counsel, specialist in public economic law.

She conducts scientific research in the field of legal aspects of strategic planning and programming of socio-economic development, state economic policy, EU funds, state aid law and application of modern technologies in public management, including health care. Her scientific interests also include the issue of the impact of public authority on economic relations, with particular emphasis on strategic approaches to development with the use of public procurement.

Author of over 100 scientific publications concerning, inter alia: public law instruments of shaping the legal situation of entrepreneurs, organisation of the public administration apparatus, its tasks and competences, as well as ways and forms of acting.
