Resided at renowned foreign research centres: University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management, University of California – Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law and Max – Planck – Institut für Ausländisches und Internationales Privatrecht in Hamburg.
Chairman of the supervisory board of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa S.A. from 2013 to 2017. In addition, member of the supervisory board of the Royal Bank of Scotland Polska S.A. (2016 – 2019). Currently Chairman of the Council of the Energy for Europe Foundation (FEDE) and Chairman of the Football Arbitration Court of the Polish Football Association (PZPN) and Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PGZ S.A. (since 2024).
Author of the monograph: Powers of Attorney in Commercial Companies and Civil Liability in Limited Liability Companies, co-author and co-editor of a four-volume commentary to the Commercial Companies Code.
In 2018, 2020, 2021 and 2022 leader of the ‘Rzeczpospolita’ Ranking of Law Firms in the field of ‘corporate and commercial law’. In 2023, leader in the field of ‘commercial, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions’.
